Allyson was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and loves living where opportunities for outdoor activities abound. Allyson’s childhood was shaped by summers camping with her family where spending time outdoors and talking over campfires were priorities. Her other hobbies include hiking, cycling to work in the summers and competing in triathlons. Allyson spends her indoor time reading. She graduated from the University of Washington. She is a holder of the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and works as an investment analyst for Cascade Investment, LLC in Kirkland. Allyson is excited to be a member of a group with the goal of developing courage in the lives of girls through outdoor programming.
